The booking process begins with a brief meeting, in person or over the phone to discuss basic booking procedures and any questions you may have. I will send you a contract and wedding day photography planning guide for you to look over.
After you have looked over the contract and planning guide, if you choose to book your wedding with me, you must complete both forms and send them to me.
Please make a copy for yourself, and if any changes are made, notify me as soon as possible.
I will contact you 3 weeks before your big day to go over specifics of your planning guide, and to verify any last minute details with you.
A signed contract and 50% non refundable retainer is due to book your wedding date. The remainder is due 2 weeks before your event date. These package prices do not include travel beyond 25 miles of Fairmont, WV.
